We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, regardless of your location — whether you are based in the USA, Canada, the European Union, or the Middle East.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uninstalled, unaltered, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Instructions
Once your return request is approved:
We will provide you with the return shipping address and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
You will also receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without an intial return request email, will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is:
Defective
Damaged
Or you received the wrong item
Contact us immediately at sales@retention2.net so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
Used safety gear (due to safety compliance regulations)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, the quickest way is to:
Submit a return for the original item.
Once approved, make a new purchase for the item you want.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, under EU consumer law — even if the item is not faulty. The item must still meet the return eligibility conditions stated above.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We'll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
